Being a Barista
Although I'm studying for being a music player, the process is so long that I've thought about some others job I'd like to have in the meanwhile. My favourite from those options is to be a barista. A barista is someone who is specialize in preparing beverages, mainly coffee made drinks. It almost always takes part in indoor places, like cozy cafeterias. But being a barista is not just about preparing coffee and making latte art (that tipycal heart or any other drawing you see when you ask for a latte or cappuccino), a real barista interacts directly with the people who produces it, and that implicates a lot of travelling. I don't really know how much pay a barista gets, but that's something I don't think so much about when looking for a job, I'm more like looking forward for what kind of satisfaction it would get me, and in this case I'm all into knowing more about the coffee culture, and experimenting with differents recipes and origins (the coffee changes a lot depending on where it was growing). To get this job I'd have to complete a lot of courses, and, like in every other thing in life, practice a lot. That way I can be prepared to any challenge that comes to me and deliver a good product, even participate in the annually Barista Championship Cup.

ResponderEliminarIt's a job very interesting, because you can travel to many countries. If you that related with other persons, you grow up in a cultural dimension. I like coffee, but I don't know much its universe.
