English Language Challenges

This has been the first year I've taken the english course at the University and it's been quite a good experience. It kind of feels like going back to school, but in a good way. So far I've enjoyed the classes and it's been a way to refresh my knowledge in the language.
The blogs method has been quite interesting, it reminds my when I had to write essays in english for my class in school, and the fact that you can make them at home if you don't come to the class is very innovative.
I know I have to work my pronunciation and speaking skills very hard, although I feel normally it's not that bad, when I get nervous I screw up. I plan to use more and more english in my daily life in order to improve those skills. Nowdays I use english mostly at my work, I work at Starbucks so every once in a while, sometimes several times a day, I have to talk to a native speaker and ask them what would they like to buy, that's where I feel like I could really improve my speaking skills.
I look forward to get better in this aspects so I can take one of those certification tests to prove my english level. Meanwhile I keep reading english books and novels to discover new words and maybe I'll write too, everything helps to practice.
